Welcome to Black Pyramids Tours. By booking a tour with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
1. Booking & Customization Requests
Any booking submitted through our online portal is a request. A reservation is officially confirmed only after our luxury travel designer contacts you, details your custom package, and a deposit is processed.
2. Payment & Deposit Requirements
To secure luxury hotels, Nile cruises, and private guides, a deposit is required upon reservation agreement. The remaining balance must be paid prior to the trip departure date according to your tailored payment schedule.
3. Cancellations & Modifications
Due to the exclusive and private nature of our travel packages, cancellation policies vary depending on hotel and cruise conditions. All cancellations must be submitted in writing. Custom itinerary modifications requested close to departure may incur additional fees.
4. Liability & Local Regulations
Black Pyramids Tours coordinates with premium local operators but is not liable for travel delays, flight cancellations, weather issues, or changes in regional archaeological permissions.
